Are your items handmade?
- Yes! All of our items are handmade by Jessica. Each item is made with love, care and attention to detail! Due to the handmade nature of every item, each item is one-of-a-kind.
Care Instructions
To best care for your item, we recommend hand washing only. Lay flat to dry and avoid bleach or the washer and dryer.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items. However, if you have concerns with your order, please reach out and we will be happy to help! Please review all item descriptions before purchasing.
Cancellations
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for a cancellation.

When should I expect my order?
How long will my item(s) take to make before they are shipped?
Every item on our ship is handmade by Jessica. This means some items may take longer to make than others before they are shipped. Most handmade items are made and shipped within 1-2 weeks, however some custom/personalized may take 2-3 weeks to make.
How long will my order be in transit?
If you are within the US please choose between Economy shipping (5-8 business days) and Standard shipping (3-4 business days) at checkout. International shipping varies based on location and will be shown at checkout.
