Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kindness On Cotton, every piece is handmade with love by Jessica in Minnesota. Because of the care that goes into each item, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I always want you to be happy with your order! If something arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or your order isn’t quite right, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

💛 I’ll do my best to offer a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Please note that I cannot assist with issues reported after the 3-day window or without photo proof.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email me at kindnessoncotton@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, I may have already started preparing or making your item and will be unable to cancel.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
